The NEW TRIFECTA STRENGTH PROGRAM is made up of 3 Parts:
BODY... movements that matter & truly get you connected to your body.
MIND... awareness of your current state & honesty to your authentic self.
FLOW... the combo of connecting body and mind to take action from the center of self. This is where I teach you to become more intuitive.

In this TRIFECTA STRENGTH PROGRAM, you will be doing a series of 4-workouts, 1 x a week for four weeks. This repetition is important because you are building your skill level.
On the other days of the week, you will be doing different workouts that will continue your movement practice - creating a total MIND / BODY / FLOW Connection.
