These moves are fun and challenging! We're going to mix some super simple moves with more intense bursts of action, so this is really going to get your heart rate up.
In between rounds, if you ever feel you need more time - hit PAUSE. Catch your breath and then jump right back in.
We'll be doing WAVE BREATHWORK at the beginning and end. This is one of my favorite ways to warm up, calm myself, cool down -- it's a fantastic way to get in tune with your body. Enjoy!
