Workout Day 3, Week 1 of the Trifecta Strength Program
I love to mix up different exercises and movements - constantly changing up the timing, how many rounds, and adding in various warmups and breathwork.
And this is one of those workouts! We'll start with breathwork (it's a MUST) and go into 5 rounds of 2 different :30 sec moves to get your heart rate up.
We'll follow that with 2 different combos, flowing each combo together separately for 1 min each. You'll lunge, reach, coil, stretch, twist, and get your hips, sides, legs, abs, and back feeling all juicy and mobile.
