We'll do 6 total rounds of the movements in this workout. The first will walk you through the moves and then 5 rounds with rest in between.
For the Block Underswitches, you may want to practice first without the block, then add the block in when you are more comfortable with the movement.
You'll see a section where there is a "4-Corner" perimeter made of blocks. You can use blocks, weights, pillows - whatever you have that you can mark a square for yourself. If space is limited, make the square smaller than the one I made!
