We'll go back and forth between moves that use a Kettlebell and those that don't in this 25 minute workout! I love mixing up some of the same moves and adding KB's or other weights.
You can use different size KB's, but you only need one to do these movements. I'll sometimes start with a heavier weight and go to a lower one - or sometimes switch back and forth between different sizes.
Don't lose your form though! If you go up in size, make sure you can do the movement with a solid foundation and proper alignment. If you are losing form - go back to a lower weight (or pause and rest longer).
