I love mixing up my workouts where I take moves that are simple, then add in a more complex combo at the end.
We'll go through breathwork first (as always :) and then I'll walk you through the 2 separate movements, then the 4-piece combo.
You'll then go into doing the moves in rounds, resting between each round. (around 3 mins on, rest, then start again).
Lots of different moves to challenge you, and working 3 mins on at a time will get your heart rate up!
In the rest section, you can pause if you need more time before jumping in again.
