On these workout days, you will do some drilling, some combo moves, and at least 1 FULL FLOW (goal is to get to flow for 5 Full Minutes by the last week).
The more you practice all of the movements combined into longer flows, you will be able to add more difficult moves together and be able to time yourself, adding 1-5 minutes to your flows - creating a great cardio workout!
You will do this exercise on WEEK 2, DAYS 3 and 6.
This quick, 15 Minute workout is intended to give you practice in building consistency (a month of consistently working out will help you continue your movement habit). If you finish the workout and want to continue practicing the movements, press pause or rewind and continue honing your skills! But finish with the breathwork as that is an important part in giving your body a cool down.
