We'll start this workout with lots of breathwork, followed by 5 rounds of some of my favorite moves (1 minute for each movement, rest between each set of moves).
PAUSE if you need more time to rest in between!
Try speeding up the rounds and go as fast as you can (but still pay attention to your form).
You can also SLOW DOWN and do the moves at an exaggerated, slow pace.
Moving between these different moves and speeds helps build strength and endurance.
