The "Be Your Own Superhero" workout is all about learning some moves that will help you bring on the New Year with STRENGTH, ADAPTABILITY, & LOVING Yourself!
I recommend doing the full video at least 3 x's this week - including the mindset portion. It's a great workout to celebrate you and the start of 2020.
In the future, use this workout to empower yourself, anytime you need a little dose of self-love :)
When doing the single moves, do 5-10 reps on each side (or direction) and focus on making each muscle and movement count. In the flow portion (when you flow the movements together, go through it 5 x's - and see how your body feels. Listen to it and push yourself to do more. This is a great flow to come back to later and see how you have progressed.
