You'll crawl, reach, arc, and stretch while doing some balancing moves. You will need ONE DUMBBELL for this workout (you can also choose to do the movement without the dumbbell as a regression if you need to work up to using a dumbbell).
There is a combo move where you may need to work separately to understand the SIDE-KICK-THRU.
This is a move I use A LOT. It's great to use as a transitional move, on its own, or add to the end of another movement.
