Get detailed with every millimeter of movement.
Always keep the Concept Chapter in mind as you do each combo.
In general you will be doing:
1 minute ON (work time)
:30 seconds REST
**Except for the last week in the 6-Week Program Calendar
That week you'll be doing the combos for 5-8 minutes with ALL the moves in succession (Push Yourself!)
This means instead of combos of 2 exercises, you complete ALL in one flow as listed on the calendar so you have a longer flow with more movements that your brain and body get to complete, CHALLENGING you to the next level!
