In this class we'll alternate between flow and strength circuits.

In this workout we'll go through movements step by step and mix in some kettlebell work! If you don't have a KB, you can use a dumbbell!
This is a great full-body workout! Enjoy :)
You will need a Kettlebell or dumbbell for this workout. We'll mix some slinky flow moves with some KB exercises!
In this class we'll do some flow moves and mix in some KB cleans and presses.
If you don't have a kettlebell, you can do with a dumbbell. Or you can pack up a backpack with weighted items. This works because you use that as the rotational movement that is just like using a KB!
In this class, we'll superset some strength moves. You'll need 1 or 2 dumbbells or kettlebells. If you don't have weights, that's okay, I'll guide you with modifications.

By day 3, try to have it memorized without looking at the list of moves and take note of how your body feels.
