Eyes are the window to the soul... And the safety lookout for the brain when it comes to movement.

80-85% of how we take in information from the world is through our eyes.

The eyes are like a camera that takes a picture and sends the information back to the brain and body.

Where we look the body will follow as the eyes scan and take in information for the rest of our body to determine the direction we want to go.

In this section we will explore the following movements...

Circle of water (aka tea cup drill)
Lateral roll + Side Sit or Side Kick Through
Crab Reach
Reaching Underswitch to Squat
This section as you can guess is all about EYE SPOTTING.

So spot very specifically where you want to go by using your eyes.

The more specific the more laser your movements!

And speaking of eye spotting, film yourself to watch how you spot + move.
